The so-called spa was an absoluteley outdated mess, cleanliness was utterly lacking. I also thought I'd recieve some special treatment but no, just more mediocrity! We were disturbed by wedding noise all night instead of the promised tranquility. I'm suprised this hotel gets high marks, clearly it caters to mediocrity. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

The outdated spa facilities require immediate upgrades!!! Poor maintenance of the jacuzzi and equipment detracts from the experience!!! Noise disturbances from events can severely disrupt relaxation!!! Consider improving communication regarding event schedules!!!

The breakfast was varied and delicious with view on Vistula river and eggs cooked to order, for example and had something for everyone. The location was nice, to local schools and the interior design was interesting. And it was also next to the centre of town, restaurant, and all the major attractions.

Beautiful view of the Vistula . Very good starting point to explore the beautiful old town on foot
The restaurant's kitchen closed at eight o'clock in the evening - incomprehensible for such a large hotel!

The copernicus has good room size with a nice view of the river and hotel grounds. It's just a short walk from the old town. The breakfast was really good, with a superb range of food to suit all tastes. The complimentary access to the wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools was a great perk!
